ACK SERVICES...

ACK conversion services are applicable to gasoline, and diesel engines of four, six, and eight cylinders! The service includes replacement of your gas system by the ACK air system resulting of driving your car on air, at zero cost, and zero pollution with a 20,000 miles driven range for a reasonable rates.

ACK CONVERSION...

The engine is easily converted to run on compressed air using air hoses and solenoid switches that fit directly into the spark plug holes. Each piston is then timed by using the existing timing system of the engine, using 8 small electrical on/off solenoids.

The converted engine is just as powerful as a V-8 gasoline engine, but has a better and more powerful take off. Any engine or motor that runs on gasoline or propane can be converted to run on compressed air, with 100% efficiency!

ACK PARTS...

We replace the gas tank by ACK 35 gallon carbon fiber air tank compressed with 300 bars (4200 PSI) Replacing the carburetor by ACK air distributor, the radiator by a mini air compressor.

The ACK kit includes other parts added such as: a moisture filter, electric fan for heating, electronic air valve regulator reducing from 300 to 30 bars, 300 bars safety vale, including few other electronic switches.

ACK 20,000 MILES DRIVEN RANGE...

In overall the ACK conversion system works on a close circuit, the main power comes from the storage air tank of 300 bars, reduced by an electronic valve regulator to 30 bars. The 30 bars injected into the chamber pushing down the piston, recycled back to the air storage tank. The 30 bars air pressure is never wasted it goes back and forth with a none stop driving motion, and it can reach over 50,000 miles range! Learn more about the services.
